Dad and I arrived home just before 8:00 this evening. We had a very enjoyable trip. Besides taking Mindy to Provo and helping Tawnia find a car, we spent some time in the Family History Center. We worked on Dad's German lines and were able to find a little more on the Betz. We also got the page from Wilhelm Hass' bible, where he'd written about his ancestors, translated. It didn't answer any questions, really but it did tell us that he was a twin and that his twin sister died a few weeks after birth as did his mother. We didn't know about the twin so now we can have her sealed to her parents.
It looks like lots of you have told us about your favorite time of day, so how about a new question: Have you met or worked with any famous people? Who? Where? When? What famous people would you like most to meet?
I'd better run now; I just wanted you all to know that we're home safe and sound.
