Okay Nate, you're on. Here's my three cents. True, Chaos had successfully spawned seven and 1/2 children in 1985. But since then, he has turned all 7 1/2 (sorry Midget) into chaotic insane adults and flung them all over the globe. He may not be as physically chaotic as he was 20 years ago, but that's because it's all been released into his prodigy. Don't worry, he's still pure chaos between the ears, and that's where insanity really counts, isn't it? As for the alliteration, I still think Major Chaos works better than Commodore or Constable(!?) or any of that. There's also been talk of promoting him straight to General Chaos, but I thought "Well one step at a time! Let's not go crazy here!"
