I just got a third calling at church yesterday. I'm already the Physical Facilities Rep and an Elders Quorum instructor, and now they want me to be the Assistant Webelos Leader. What, do they think I'm made of time and energy? I already have none of either!

Perhaps you could remind them of the callings you already have? And ask to be limited to one or two callings, rather than three? Seriously. I don't know how many times I've talked with bishopric members who have not updated their "who has what calling" list in forever, and they genuinely have no clue what people are in which callings unless you're in a presidency of some sort.
Maybe they think that because you work with radioactive material you have some magical abilities.
Actually, they are well aware of my other callings. He talked about them as he was giving me this one.
I don't actually work with the radioactive stuff anymore. I was moved to a different tool a few months ago. Yes on the magical abilities, though.
